A bit about me (Alan Tait) and the others who helped investigate

I am the former owner of the house that sits behind Sophia Nails.

In the early hours we heard strange noises coming from the semi-derilct property next door.

I put recorders in different places in my house.

By comparing the recordings I established where the noises were coming from.

The noises (of children) were clearest in the basement, directly behind Sophia Nails.

Location map

Background:

In 2018/2019 I was one of ten people that recorded noises of young children crying and screaming.

The matter was reported to the police who initially did not do anything.

When the police did not act, other people went to my former house.

They were sucessfull in making further recordings.

The noises appeared to be coming from underneath the ground behind a Vietnamese nail salon known as Sophia Nails at 20 College Street.

All the recordings were shared with the police.

The noises were recorded after midnight, other noises were recorded that seemed to be coming from what was a semi-derelict property at 22 College Street.

On the other side of Sophia Nails at number 18 College Street was a fast food outlet.

Credible evedeince

This website is dedicated to uncovering the facts behind mysterious crying and screaming noises of young children that were recorded behind a Vietnamese nail salon.

The noises on this web page were recorded after midnight.

When the police failed to respond, ten individuals made additional recordings from the same area.

What follows is that credible evedeince.

What I had stated

I informed the police that the recordings had been made after midnight.

There were no Welsh accents in those recordings.

The nearest school is over 200 meters away, with a main road and a bus station between the two.

A police officer stated

"I'VE LISTENED TO THE RECORDINGS AND IT ALL SEEMS LIKE CHILDREN PLAYING IN A SCHOOL YARD AND VEHICLES PASSING BY THERE IS NOTHING TO SUGGEST ANY PERSONS ARE IN ANY DANGER"

The wrongful use of mental health tags

An Inspector of police stated:

"You were seen by the crisis team in Ammanford on 4th June 2019, storm ref DP20190604-275 refers, again this is something you created via email."

It was untrue

This was untrue and the police apologized.

The triage nurse

I had received two phone calls from someone claiming to be a triage nurse working with Dyfed-Powys police.

Initially the inspector had stated that I had been seen by the mental health crisis team, and I had initiated the calls by email.

The police apologised but did not tell me the reason for the two calls that I received.

Mental health tags can be seen on many of the reports that I made.

The same police Inspector

The same police Inspector dismissed a recording of gunshots that was recorded by two women, without speaking to them, he stated:

"We have not had any reports of semi-automatic gunfire or shotgun discharges in the Ammanford area recently".

"The listening devices your friend has installed could well have picked up noise from miles away and in the case of semi-automatic weapons, they create substantial noise".

I reported the gunshots to the Inspector

Although the Inspector said there had been no reports, I had reported the matter.

The Inspector accepted that my friends recorded the noises, but chose not to speak to either of them.

In the recording below, a scream can be heard between gunshots.

And in the recording below that, a man was recorded saying something like:

"I would say to Gareth to stay out of reach".

Known criminal links

The leaseholder of the nail salon at the time the recordings were made was Ms Trang Thanh Tran.

Ms Trang Thanh Tran was convicted in Operation Violet Panama.

The case concerned 15 illegal drug factories.

In addition to 15 cannabis factories, the investigation led to the detection of more than 30 further factories and storage facilities across Wales and as far afield as Coventry, all linked to the gang.

Trang Thanh Tran received a suspended sentence, her partner, Quong Lam, received a 5 year custodial sentence.

Rape at Gunpoint

The owner of the fast food shop next to the nail salon was Mustafa Binboga.

He was reported as being convicted of rape at gunpoint and attempted child molestation.

Two Serious Suspicious Fires

Fire at Sophia Nails

Two nearly identical serious fires occurred 14 years apart at the same location.

The first fire was allegedly predicted in a news article.

This raises questions about the circumstances surrounding both incidents.

Avon and Somerset police

I contacted Avon and Somerset police after my reports were ignored by Dyfed-Powys police.

Only then did Dyfed-Powys carry out what they describe as an investigation.

My report is mentioned in the following email from PC Tom Draycott.

The report of PC Tom Draycott

PC Tom Draycott's (Dyfed-Powys police) email confirms the date that the police went into the property.

Tom Draycott's letter states that he gained access to the property more than six weeks after Avon and Somerset's message.

A phone extract

The following extract is from a phone call between Christine Tait (my wife) and the lady who works at John Francis Estate agents.

John Francis estate agents are at 24 College Street.

The lady said that she thinks the police are going to make an appointment to view inside the semi-derelict house next door to the nail salon.
